股市 | Mudajaya (5085) AGM 2015 ~Part 2

-2004年: Bursa listing

-2009年:开始 Independant Power Producer (IPP) 4x360MW coal-fired power plant （天啊，至今已经6年了～！）

-2011年:Civil and structural works for the Janamanjung IV1x1000MV ultra-supercritical coat-fired power plant,the single largest unit in Southeast Asia

-2012年: 
1)Mass rapit transit (MRT) Sg Buloh-kajang line package v3 from Dataran Sunway Station to Sec 17, first MRT project in Malaysia
2) EPCC works Tanjung Bin IV 1x 1000 MW ultra-supercritical,coal-fired power plant,the single largest unit in Southeast Asia

-2013年:First Solar Energy project -10MW solar farm in Gebeng Pahang

-2014年:First 2x7MW coal -fired IPP venture in Sulawesi,Indonesia

 财政：
Profit loss before tax (RM'000) : （61,605）
Total assets (RM'000) : 1,852,368 资产逐年增加，想必是算进了那些IPP。
Equity attributable to equity holders of the company (RM'000) : 1,101,529 ，比前年减少了-9%

接下来会注重Stabilise,Sustain,Growth 
尤其是目前Mudajaya有一班很有经验的工程师和团队，所以必须继续留住和栽培人材。

最瞩目的印度发电厂，竟然照片模糊了= =

Plant 1：All physical work completed,只差什么Grid （当时记得这字），包括administrative/certificate work。
Plant 2：Final stage on physical work,commissioning in progress

无论如何，就是要等到明年。

还有Philip,Cebu 的Wind energy project 是在收集资料阶段（需要12个月左右）

过后是开放给股东发问关于power point 。（我另外part3记录）

其实Shareholder MWSG在10June 寄信去Mudajaya发问问题，而Mudajaya 也回复了，也是大家关注的问题，James Wong也在会中发表。当然有股东发言应该把所有资料都放上Bursa的。
