前几天手痒在手机KLSE app 筛选制按了

DY min 5
ROE min 10
结果除了熟悉的Matrix，还看到了TMAKMUR。
我记得去年分享过它的IPO认购新闻，那时还蛮轰动，股价曾经一度飙升超过70%~ >RM2。
IPO投机后的调整，跌回RM1.2+-1.3+，还没有回升的迹象。
看回去年财政年发出的12sen的股息，以目前RM1.34价格，DY算来都有8.9%。
它的主业除了Plantation油棕业，也有Mining矿业，甚至涉及建筑。
只可惜我对Plantation不熟悉，而且这行业是有周期的。至于这高股息之股是不是抓长期就是好的的投资对象，就由你评估啦～

回复删除Plantation stock is at the bottom cycle right now. Recently the El Nino weather expected to be the 2nd worse since 5 years. So it might effect the output of palm oil from Malaysia & Indonesia. In turn push up the CPO price. The El Nino will effect the output from 2015 year end to 2016 year end. It is a good time to collect plantation stockfrom now till end of this year. But i think FGV has more up side...Or you may consider First Resource, Wilmar & Indofood Agri from Singapore...Good Luck
